Pandora’s Box is an experimental, intensive residency programme operated by Cloud Nine Entertainment and spearheaded by Sabine Jeleniowski, Charles Savage and Georgia Muenster, designed specifically for young filmmakers and culminating in a series of new video projects. A pilot project was held in April-May 2019 in the Algarve, hosted by the Loulé Film Office. The programmes are designed for students studying for careers in hands-on film and television production, offering a chance to produce original work alongside international filmmakers. This residency leads to film apprenticeships, providing invaluable skills for young filmmakers and digital artists. A second residency focused on music for film was held in Madeira in December 2020, with more to come.
